Tax Exemption

Tax is calculated based on the shipping address of your order.

If you have a tax exemption certificate, please email it to taxforms@gilsonco.com. If your organization qualifies for a sales tax exemption, you can submit a completed exemption certificate to the accounting department at Gilson Company, Inc. Once received and approved, your account will be updated within one business day.

State regulations require Gilson Company, Inc. to maintain valid exemption certificates for all customers claiming tax-exempt status. If we do not have a valid certificate on file, we are required by law to charge sales tax in all U.S. states and the District of Columbia, except Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, and Oregon.
